What is the going rate of apartment in this property. I am looking for a ready to move in property on Hennur road. Any other alternatives.
Currently builder is quoting ~4950… is that true valuation for the project. Lot of new project on Henur road, but it is very difficult to find correct valuation based on builder. What would be a good source to find the approximate valuation of a project.
