If we compare Mantri Courtyard with Concorde Napa Valli, I feel Concorde Napa Valley is better Cos Prices are moderate, Property is on the Main road & Quite Nice.

Concorde Napa Valli & Mantri Courtyard is For those people who want to Stay away from city Traffic, Pollution..
Down the line after 2-4 yrs kanakapura road will Definitely develop beyond our Imagination…

The only road to city is Kanakapura road, which is very congested, two lane one,

Why don’t you look at “Concorde Napa Valley” 3.5 km from Ashram. Independent villas, very good- Kanakapura road, Kagillipura.
